Some of the policies to be reviewed include Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices, Fiduciary Liability, and Kidnap & Ransom protection.  We will discuss many of the significant terms and conditions that trigger coverage and/or prevent coverage from meeting expectations of the insured. Insurance pros who take this program will be better positioned to assist commercial insureds in protecting their most impactful people.
