We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Account Representative for James Greene & Associates. In this position, you will be serving customers, maintaining customer records, resolving service issues, and recommending potential products or services to our clients.

- Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed to achieve the business goals for the agency.
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately
- Ability to deliver superior customer service, uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to gather information, and uses a courteous, professional tone on each call.
- Maintain cordial and effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, and other business contacts.
- Requires a person who is motivated, eager to learn, and friendly with a “can do” attitude.
- Prior experience in an office environment with the ability to perform basis office practice skills, including electronic filing, typing, processing, and sorting functions.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain.
Career Level: Entry Level with opportunities for advancement available
Experience Required: 2+ years in office environment
Education Required: Degree preferred but not required
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures
Job Status: Full Time Monday-Friday 8-4:30 PM
