This course examines Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage issues that should be considered when writing coverage for contractors. Insurance pros who attend this Webinar will discuss the CGL policy’s Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability Insuring Agreement along with ways that insurers limit the scope of coverage. Attendees will review CGL exclusions important to contractors including Contractual, Pollution, Damage to Property and Damage to Work. And what contractor's liability discussion would be complete without discussing additional insured endorsements and tips regarding certificates of insurance.
